Our team building programs are customized based on your needs. We offer everything from an easy day on the river with corporate invoicing, to light teambuilding with on-river activities, to in-depth programs featuring both classroom style and outdoor events. Our whitewater rafting adventure includes 8 miles on the Lehigh River.
Private Trip
Raft 8 miles of Class I-II rapids on the Lehigh River with only your crew. Minimum 10 participants. No strangers, just your team on the water.

Want a relaxing day on the river? Team-building drills and activities? Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll make it happen.
Expert-Led Experience
Every group is paired with a dedicated facilitator to lead activities and keep things on track, plus trained river guides for safety.

- Food and beverage packages are available! Pocono Whitewater has a full liquor license and kitchen with hot food options.
- Purchase a photo package and receive photos of each raft as well as a group shot to prove you didn’t just skip work for the day!

Teambuilding Rafting FAQ
How many people are required for a teambuilding trip?
Teambuilding trips are available for groups of 10 or more.
Are teambuilding trips available on holidays?
No. Teambuilding trips are not available on holiday weekends.
How many people fit in each raft?
Most of our rafts accommodate 4 to 7 people.
What if our group has fewer than four people per raft?
Smaller groups may be teamed up with other rafting guests to fill out the raft.
Can the experience be customized for our group?
Yes. Your entire day can be tailored to meet your group’s goals, whether you are looking for structured teambuilding or a more relaxed group outing.
Do you offer food and catering options?
Yes. We offer a full-service kitchen and bar, with customized breakfast and dinner packages available upon request.
Is corporate invoicing available?
Yes. Corporate invoicing is available for teambuilding groups.
What if someone forgets something they need?
No problem. Our retail shop carries essentials you may have left behind.
What kind of footwear do we need?
Wear shoes that will not fall off, such as old sneakers or water shoes. Bare feet, flip-flops, slides, and slippers are not permitted.
Will photos be available from the trip?
Yes. We take photos on the river and you can purchase them in our store at the end of the day or online at PoconoWhitewaterPhotos.com.
Are there other teambuilding options available?
Yes. We also offer Skirmish Paintball as an alternative teambuilding experience.
